Lake area residents and visitors should contact their officials to make their concerns known. It is often advisable to initially submit your concerns via email and then follow-up with a telephone call a few days later. Here are some guidelines for your communications.
- Be courteous but firm;
- Describe how lower water levels have personally impacted you;
- Provide photographs showing water levels before and after the RAR project;
- Ask for specific action to be taken to confirm the source of the problem by an independent consultant.
